Refund Policy

To request a refund please contact: info@espeezcandy.com and include your full name, order #, and the email address tied to the order.

If you are missing an item from your purchase, you must email info@espeezcandy.com within 10 calendar days of the date of purchase and upon approval by Espeez, the item listed on the packing slip will be replaced and shipped to you free of charge. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

All sale items are final sales and no refunds will be issued.
